  1. Guarantee Products return. On Some Products

  2. We will accept returns as long as we are given an acceptable return reason, but we need the reason in writing (email) before the unit is returned. SoClean

    1.  Myreliefpain offered a 30-day risk-free trial; a patient has the right to return it for a full refund within 30 days for any reason
    2. There is a 2-year mfg. warranty for defects of the machine; if something breaks from normal use or if something stops working, they can be given a replacement unit
    3. If the patient claims adverse health effects from Ozone, they can return it for a full refund.

On Some Products.

We typically do not accept refunds on some of our products. If a customer is unhappy with a product, we may offer an exchange or replace the product, but will not accept refunds. 

For example, for items such as the battery, our technical support team will deal with the patient directly to help resolve their issue. If a patient were to receive a CPAP Pillow and found that there was a tear in it or something like this, we would then replace the item free of charge.

On Some Products.

In regards to our return policy – we accept returns within our 10-day risk-free trial period.  If a return is needed, Reach out to our returns team at info@myreliefpain.com who will help make arrangements to have the device shipped back to us.

Refunds are generally issued within 10 days of receiving the returned device.  If the product has a defect, we will repair or return according to the warranty policy.
