The Filter converts the ozone contained within the Smartphone Disinfector Plus chamber back into oxygen following the cycle and is required for the unit's proper function.
Your device will alert you when the filter needs to be replaced, Approximately every 6 months.
The Smartphone Disinfector Plus will not operate a cycle if the Filter is expired, missing, or inauthentic.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original payment.
Once we have received the product(s) and, if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within two weeks; please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Restocking Fee
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
