Myreliefpain will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

You should receive your refund within four weeks.
If your return is received within 5 to 10 business days, you will receive your refund within 2 weeks based on your banking institution.
We'll issue a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, back to your original payment account. If you'd prefer a store credit, we're happy to arrange that also. Shipping costs are not refundable.
There will be a $17 charge for any shipment that is returned to the sender:
1:A different delivery address is requested after shipment
2:The initial address provided is incorrect. The customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package at their own cost.

HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
